• We accept returns at any time after purchase. Returns can be made at any Bealls Florida store location or by mail. Exceptions are items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns".
• If you have a receipt, refunds will be in the original form of payment or a Bealls Florida Merchandise Credit if the original card is not present. The refund value is based on the final price on your receipt.
• Without a receipt, refunds will be given as a Bealls Florida Merchandise Credit or through a corporate check, based on current selling prices. We use a return verification system and may limit or refuse non-receipted returns.
• Crypto currency purchases will be refunded to a Bealls Florida Merchandise Credit, with or without a receipt.
• For gifts returned in-store, the original purchaser will receive a credit for the return back to their credit card, or you can request a Bealls Florida Merchandise Credit or exchange the item.
• For returns by mail, please include a full copy of your purchase receipt, your name, mailing address, the merchandise, and the reason for the return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. Mail-in returns will be refunded to a corporate issued check sent to your requested mailing address within 10-14 days after the return is processed.
• Exchanges can be made at your local Bealls Florida store for a Bealls Florida Merchandise Credit or an even exchange.

• In-store returns: Bring the merchandise and your packing slip to any register in the store for a refund to the original method of payment. If a gift card and debit/credit card were used, the gift card amount will be refunded first to a virtual gift card, then the remaining balance to the debit/credit card.
• For gifts returned in-store, the total refund can be applied to a Bealls gift card if requested, or to the original tender if a receipt is presented.
• Mail-in returns: Send returns to BeallsFlorida.com, Returns Center, 1806 38th Ave East, Bradenton, FL 34208. Include a copy of your packing slip or order acknowledgment email, your name, order number, item SKU, and the reason for the return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.
• For gifts returned by mail, the total refund can be applied to a Bealls Virtual Gift Card if requested in writing on the packing slip or another note enclosed within the return. A valid email address is required for a virtual gift card refund. Otherwise, the refund will be applied to the purchaser's original payment method.
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if the items received are different than your original order, please contact Guest Services at 800-569-9038 or GuestServices@beallsflorida.com for support.
• We cannot process merchandise exchanges for online purchases. Once your item is received, it may be exchanged in-store or returned by mail. For assistance with coordinating your replacement order, please call 800-569-9038.
